Will you take custom commissions?

We do offer custom painted / themed consoles. Custom commission slots are available in the Store.

How do send ins work?

Once you purchase your send-in eligible service, you will be provided with a ship to address. If a send in is purchased and the item is not received / tracking not provided within two weeks of purchase, the order will be refunded. Please see each service to get a more accurate turnaround time.

Do you ship worldwide?

Worldwide shipping is offered to all countries excluding Russia and Ukraine.

My Order is delayed, what should I do?

If your order is showing delayed or lost after leaving our property, please contact the carrier (UPS or USPS) as once its dropped off with the carrier, we are unable to help.

Where can I download games?

The Game Dungeon does not condone piracy. The files loaded onto your console are your choice.
